3rd level navigation

Hi community

I’m quite new to the wordpress world. I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible to have a top navigation with 1st level and 2nd level and to have the 3rd level placed elsewhere (if needed) and different looking.

Is this possible? Is there any good tutorial around? Or could you link a sample template where I can study the structure?
