3rd party premium plugins

    Hi there, I use and love Advanced Automatic Updates, it updates my WordPress, theme and any and all plugins EXCEPT BackupBuddy, a premium plugin which I have bought and like.

    Any ideas why Advanced Automatic Updates won’t automatically update my BackupBuddy, even tho licensing information has been inputted?

    Hi Jodi!

    Advanced Automattic Updates uses WordPress’ core update routines to do the updates – plugins hosted on ww.wp.xz.cn are registered with these routines automatically, but 3rd party plugins need to register themselves manually. I wrote a tutorial about this, here:
