Why am I getting these error messages? This all started with the 4.7.0 update which I had to roll-back with my host provider to get my site to work. I had hoped with 4.7.1 the bug was fixed. UGH! It’s preventing me from logging in to my site and others from doing so as well. HELP!

    Hi @jessel3,

There was indeed a problem in WooCommerce Subscriptions that would cause the issue that you are experiencing (more reports of the same problem here https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/28234). Updating to the latest version of this extension should restore your site. Any version of WooCommerce Subscriptions prior to 3.0.10 is affected by this problem.

I appreciate that and tried the newest version, 4.7.1 and still have the same issue. What I posted was what I saw immediately after logging out after the update and attempting to log back in.

Sorry if my previous message wasn’t clear. You need to update to the latest version of the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/) and not to the latest version of WooCommerce core, which you are already using as you mentioned in the first message in this thread.

Thank you for clarifying that! I don’t use woocommerce subscriptions but I do see it listed under the woocommerce tab. Can it just be uninstalled?

Yes, if you don’t use it, it is safe to uninstall it and this should fix the problem.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
