4.9.2 version issue facing Dekstop & Mobile

Dekstop version , woocommerce 4.9.2 > steps >Homepage> any product > Add to cart> ( Product is directly added to cart) on old version after add to cart there was view cart .

step 2 , after product added to cart , unable to see the menu cart items

Mobile version > after updated to 4.9.2> Steps.Homepage>any product> add to cart , ( same issue no view cart again after updated to latest woocommerce > also one more issue on mobile version , when product is added to cart , be on the same homepage, and just refresh the page, like swipe top to bottom refresh , the same item will automatically add to the cart count, again refresh , count will increase, also the menu cart items also not visible on mobile menu cart ..

well i tested with old woocommerce versions no issues at all
