    Hi,

we have upgraded to 4.9.6 from 4.9.5 and it seems, there are a lot of changes. The new version disabled the plugin and we were not able to activate it. The first Freemius opt-in page loaded, but after that page it gave a permission error and the plugin has been deactivated again.

I see, that the plugin’s name has changed also to (Premium) and the plugin author is also changed.

Please check it and fix this issue! Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out! We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We recently transferred ownership of the plugin and made updates in version 4.9.6, including minor changes to the plugin name and author.

We’re aware of the issue with activation after the Freemius opt-in and are currently working on a fix. We’ll release an update shortly. In the meantime, you may downgrade to version 4.9.5 as a temporary solution.

    We appreciate your patience!

I have already downgraded the plugin. I suggest, that in this case you should increase the version number to 5.0.0 and indicate this important change in the changelog!

    Thanks for the feedback!

You’re right — a major change like this should’ve been versioned 5.0.0 with a clear changelog note. We’ll fix this in the next update. Appreciate your input!
