Thanks for writing to us about this. Unfortunately, we’re not able to replicate this issue on our end. The Late Bookings option (in Settings > Booking Schedule) is working correctly for us.
Just so we have a better understanding of the situation, could you provide a URL to your bookings page? We would like to see if there is any useful info in your booking form, in the HTML source code or in the console log.
And, just for anyone else who might come across this, even though this user is using the premium version of the plugin, the late bookings feature referred to/discussed here is part of the free version available here and not the premium version.

At the moment it is set to booking option “4 hours” but if you check our guest can book at any time even 18:00 o clock altough its 17:45 for example.

Can you share a screenshot of your scheduling, exceptions, late bookings and early bookings settings?
Also, what do you have set for your date and time format in your WordPress settings? i.e. In Settings > General

But all Time settings are fine… WP Main is to Vienna and Time ist standard H:i so its for examplte 7:29 right now. Same in Booking setting H:i and Vienna
