    Hi,
I recently moved to your plugin recommended by my hosting company (o2switch) – Indeed, my website response time wasn’t really good.
After activating it with the basic parameters (I was previously using WP Super Cache and deactivated it), I was impressed how it significantly improved my website performances.

Since then, I noticed when browsing on my website when clicking on links present on my website pages without waiting for the page to be fully load, that I get a 400 error “Bad Request” (It wasn’t the case before). It’s always the same scenario: each time I’m browsing too quickly, instead of having the webpage correctly loaded, I got the same error…
I was wondering if there were any parameter you can think of I could modify to prevent this from happening?

    Thanks for your help !
    CLement

PS : Don’t know if that can be related, but when doing some speed tests with GTMetrix, I get a DNS error… (whereas I don’t see any error when checking it with Pingdom or https://intodns.com or https://www.whatsmydns.net/ ???

    PS2 : Report number: LBHVAUBA
    Report date: 04/02/2020 12:31:43
    wordpress version = 5.3.2
LSCache Plugin Options: version = 2.9.9.2

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Could you please state the steps for how to trigger and reproduce the issue ?

I tried quickly to click the header menu links from one page to another , doing that back and forth between pages, but couldn’t trigger it.

    Best regards,

    Hi,
Simply by clicking on one of the links INTO the page. For instance, any picture you’ll see in the homepage.
It looks like the problem only occur with poor internet connection to make sure the page doesn’t have time to load…

    Hi,

    It says

    400 Bad Request
    nginx/1.15.6

It appears your provider has multiple layers , like Apache -> ADC -> Nginx or something like that.

But if nginx is giving error , then there is nothing we can about it , please contact your provider as they have access to nginx log , and from its log there might be some useful info for why or how it occurs

I will check with them then.
    Many thanks for your support!

As soon as they managed to reproduce the problem I let you know!
(From there side, they don’t see anything…)
It happen a lot to me, but maybe the reason why is my internet connection.
Any idea how to reproduce the bug easily ?

    Hi,

We got another user with same kind of issue , but at this point , if it’s problem either of ADC or Nginx , there is nothing can be done by us , you need to reach your provider to check the source of problem , if it’s ADC, then they should contact LiteSpeed Tech for further debug.

actually I was able to reproduce it before, but i can not reproduce it again , this is weird.

    Best regards,
