    Hello @erfanghoreishi

    Most probably you have enabled some kind of security paywall and Ajax URLs like this are blocked:

    /wp-content/plugins/wise-chat/src/endpoints/ultra/index.php

    Please unlock this address. Otherwise the chat will not work properly.
