    After generating an API key and attempting to connect our WooCommerce store to Solid Commerce Channels Manager, we got the following error report:

    Connection Error

    Connection Failed. Please check your credentials and try the connection again. {“code”:”woocommerce_rest_cannot_view”,”message”:”Sorry, you cannot list resources.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}

    We are attempting to use the WooCommerce store we’ve already built to push inventory from Wheel-Pros. Solid Commerce is handling our inventory management and sales channels. Our goal is to set up a system for drop-shipping wheels and tires, as well as sell merchandise.

    I work full-time in marketing and graphic design, and I’m by no means experienced in coding or anything of the sort.

    How can we resolve this issue?
