401 – Invalid Credentials

Hi, every 3/4 hours the plugin loses his authorization.
I got this error: (401) Invalid Credentials
Already tried to Clear cache.
Then a Click to authorize, get the acces code (always the same) and it will work for the next few hours. :/

Hi,

Please post the entire log from the Errors & Debug screen.

The error is generated by a plugin conflict, a Google API limit or a wrong setup of your API if you have enabled developer mode. It depends on the error details.

Hi.
This is the error:
2017-06-15 02:18:12: (401) Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/data/ga?ids=ga%3A124118545&start-date=30daysAgo&end-date=yesterday&metrics=ga%3Asessions&dimensions=ga%3Adate%2Cga%3AdayOfWeekName&quotaUser=u1s1p124118545&samplingLevel=HIGHER_PRECISION: (401) Invalid Credentials

I Have disable tracking from GADWP plugin as I’m using WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro for this.

Hi,

That’s a know issue, the other plugin somehow blocks GADWP to properly refresh its token. I wasn’t able to find a workaround for it, yet.

FYI: Here’s the 5.1-beta which should fix the issue: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp.zip.

If you test it, let me know the results.
