    Hi there,

Have tried all manner of recommended fixes for this, including the Resolved/Successful .htaccess file upload to the plugin directory posted here 11 months ago.

Toggled off/on CDN, toggled off/on all plugins, refreshed permissions, deleted and regenerated original .htaccess file, etc.

Still identical result: plugin looks great and contains the successful posts from a few days ago, but stopped posting and delivers only the 403 error message.

Any help? Have scoured the plugin world for a decent alternative but this is far and away the best for our purposes.

    Many thanks,
    tomihoko

So here’s the deal. The plugin does not exhibit the described issue on default WordPress install. That means there is some plugin or maybe a theme or maybe something on the server that is interfering with normal functionality. What does that mean? It means you have at least 2 ways forward:

    1) Do some basic troubleshooting to identify the source of the conflict (I can send a guide if it will be useful for you)

    2) Or, if you can provide the steps to replicate the issue on *default WordPress* (i.e., only default plugins and theme), then I can investigate and try to resolve asap

I hope this is clear. Let me know if I can provide any further infos.
