    Hi Chad,

    For 2 days I’m trying to debug a 403 error.
    Basically I can not update anything in the Fields, Dialogs or Emails sections.
    For debugging purposes I deleted all other plugins, cleaned htaccess files.

    Now I started looking into your documentation and found a 403 error article.

    My 403 error is delivered by LiteSpeed (print screen here).
    Is this exactly the error you are referring to in the article?

    Any support would be greatly appreciated,

    If it’s a 403 error, then it’s security software on your host that is yielding a false positive. Check with your host to determine if they use Mod Security and if so, have them set an exception for you.

    Indeed it was a false positive. Solved it by whitelisting a rule.
