    Hi there:

    That link is prefetching that URL from our servers on WordPress.com so that when there are events that use that URL (like notifications), they’ll load faster.

    By it’s nature, the widgets.wp.com should pull up a 403 error as the URL by itself won’t have any data there. You can safely ignore that message when checking your links as it won’t have any impact on your site.
