• Hi, I recently installed a plugin called “All in One WP Security,” and it screwed up the WP Admin page on my site. I can’t get into it at all. I’ve already made a topic asking for help on that plugin’s page, but just in case they’re unable to help I figured I should get a head start and make one here too. I’m really not sure where to go for help – wordpress support told me to go to google domains, google domains told me to go here.

Is there any way I can find out exactly who is hosting my site, and ask them to disable the plugin? I can’t do it remotely though WP admin or wordpress.com.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Access your server via FTP/ SFTP , or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete “All in One WP Security” plugin.

Your hosting provider is Bluehost, and you can reach them at https://www.bluehost.com/contact
