• Resolved cleanexpression

Hi, I recently installed this plugin, and I altered some setting regarding XMLRPC. I can’t remember exactly what the setting was called, but it was one of the default ones. I switched it on and now whenever I try to access any page on my site, I get a 403 error.

I tried debugging it with Jetpack, and Jetpack says XML-RPC is not working properly on my site.

Any assistance at all would be appreciated. I can’t even disable the plugin on my site to get into the wp-admin page. Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, go to WP Security -> Firewall -> Basic Firewall Rules -> WordPress XMLRPC & Pingback Vulnerability Protection and make sure you only have the following feature enabled.

    Disable Pingback Functionality From XMLRPC:

Because you have Jetpack plugin installed, it is important to only partially block xmlrpc.php file or else you will receive the error message you mentioned above.

This should hopefully fix your issue.

    Kind regards
