    HI,

I have problems with my cart. It is stalling with the spinniing discs as has been seen on here before. I have disabled ModSecurity and asked my host why this is the case. Their reply was:

    -1

Is displayed on screen when you view:

    https://sitecno.es/shop?wc-ajax=update_order_review

This is a custom error generated by the shop script in wordpress your using, it is not access denied by the server or a file permission issue, I suggest contacting the site that makes the shop script your using and ask why its behaving in this way.

Is anybody able to point me in the right direction please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @vantage1969!

Please resave your permalinks from under your “Settings > Permalinks” page — no need to make changes, just re-save it and see if that resolves the issue.

If you’ve done this with no success, then is very likely a conflict with your theme or another plugin, and I would recommend temporarily switch to another default WordPress theme, like Storefront, to see if the same happens there. If the issue goes away, then you will need to contact your theme author for further help. If the issue remains, then you will need to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce core, to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, you will need to re-enable each plugin on-by-one until it breaks again and then contact the author of the conflicting plugin.

If you don’t want to make this switch on your live production site, then I would recommend you use a free plugin like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/ where you can do the test without it impacting your production site.

You can learn more about conflict testing here:

    Cheers!

Thanks for your help. I just deleted everything and started again and it now seems ok!
