403 error on woocommerce payment callback

Hi, our woocommerce site is using the credit card payment method and when the bank callback the site to complete the payment action WP cerber blocks the call with a 403, if we disable WPC all is working.

How we can exlude https://www.naranjascostadelsol.es/?wc-api=WC_Redsys_Gateway from the trasffic live check?
