Fairly new to word press moving from joomla. Very few plugins installed. I just installed and im looking to disable bootstrap – front end.
when saving the page after making ANY selections or no selections. I get the error

You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/options.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

U:sing CPanel I can confirm I do have all intended access.

I should edit.
I have deleted / recreated htacces file to no evail with no effect

make sure that the server address does not change for example:

‘http://example.com/wp-admin/’ but your server configuration might have something like this ‘http://examples.com/wp-admin/’ which would case a 404 error.

you can also get your server logs for more details on the 404 error.

Was installed at sitename/wp-test
Moved the install back to root sitename
Installed -Uninstalled -Re-Installed several times
same issue.

Your site is down and I have no way to contact you directly to send logs so you can see. Please understand I am at the latest version of Word Press with a fresh install so there is a high chance of incompatability.
