403 Error when saving settings

I had everything up and working but wanted to test it in Sandbox to be sure it was working correctly for digital download purchases. I entered my Sandbox info, was having trouble getting my Sandbox buyer-account to work with Paypal and wanted to just set everything back to my regular Paypal information (it’s been a few years since i’ve worked with Sandbox). When I hit the SAVE button I get a 403 error page. I’m not able to save any changes within the WooCommerce settings and all of the Sandbox info is stuck in there right now. I did try deactivating new plugins that were installed earlier today and that doesn’t seem to be the issue. Before I went into Sandbox mode this evening the shop was functioning, as I had a friend do a test purchase. All of that worked fine, but they weren’t getting their download, hence the need to test for myself.
