Have been doing some more reading on this. I deleted the .htaccess file and regenerated it. Didn’t fix the issue though.

Does it still occur if you de-activate all other plugins? If so, then this indicates a webserver configuration issue of some sort. .htaccess is one place where webserver configuration takes place, but not the only place. The best thing to do then would be to talk to the webserver admin to see what component is generating the denial.

Thanks David, Will do some further testing and see what how we go. I do have the plugin working on another site with the same host (works great), so not sure what the issue is there.

My host had to white list a ModSecurity rule to stop the 403 error. Now works fine.
