    Dear Team,

    The plugin looks amazing and is quite easy to set up. however, when I click on the auto-play option and try to enable the same and save it, I get the 403 error. hence I am unable to save the same. I don’t have the LiteSpeed plugin installed, which might be creating issues.
    Please let me know what other problem could cause this issue.

    Hi @prithhvi!

    403 errors during saving are happening, when there is a limitation made by either the server or a security plugin, that does not allow certain datas to be saved based on their rules. If you are aware of using any security plugin, you should turn that off and take a look again. If you don’t have a security plugin, just in case I suggest using Health check & troubleshooting plugin similarly as you see here:

    to see if the issue still happens, when only Smart Slider is being activated from your plugins. If the problem happens that way too, your server host will be the cause of the problem. In that case you should contact them, and ask them to help you resolve this. Probably one of their mod_security settings will be the cause. They should have a log about which of their security settings are blocking your saving action, so they should be able to identify and resolve this problem for you.
