    Dear Igor,

I have been using Ad inserter for the past one year without issues and I am very much satisfied with it and I have also written nice review. I have an issue since last week.

Whenever I try to save the ad blocks, I get “403 Forbidden” message. I wrote to my hosting provider and they said that the plugin gives this following violation in the server’s Mod rules.

“Protected by Atomicorp.com Basic Non-Realtime WAF Rules: Potential Cross Site Scripting Attack”] [data “<script”] [severity “CRITICAL”] Access denied with code 403 (phase 2).

They have requested me like this:

“Kindly consult with your developer to make changes in your code according to mod security standards or you can use another plugin for the same.”

Why it happens? I have disabled usage statistics collection in the plugin settings. Why the mod rules do not allow this plugin to make changes in the blocks. I am also unable to enable debugging because saving is not possible. No changes can be made in settings that shows 403 error.

Should I write to the host to whitelist this plugin in mod rules? If so, should it create any issues?

Or, how can I solve this? Please guide me.

I also tried earlier versions, but of no use. And, I use Wordfense and W3 total cache. But the error is shown by the server, not wordfense. Already inserted ads are showing without issue. Only making changes is impossible with 403 error. Please help.

Hello, you get this error because your server is configured to prevent requests with script code.

Since this is your code that you are trying to save you need to configure server settings to allow such code.

Usually this can be fixed with mod security rules.

Thanks Igor. I will write to them to configure server settings. Thanks for immediate reply. I will update after doing it. Keep up this good job.

    Dear Igor,

My host has corrected the issue. Now, the Plugin is allowed to work so nicely as usual. You deserve a huge success in your efforts because I have never come across such a nice, decent and all-in-one plugin for ad management. Please keep up this good work that adds our best wishes all the time. I recommend only this plugin for all for ad management (Detailed review added last year itself).

Wow. What I wrote in my review last year has been implemented. You are rocking. How can a plugin author be this much be sincere? It shows your dedication to your work. I have to learn a lot from you about how to be sincere in one’s career. You are melting the hearts of the users with your dedication. That is why, you have almost all the reviews as five stars that is rare in plugin market. Let God be with you in all your efforts Igor. Thank you.
