WordAds is displaying a 403 Error instead of displaying ads. Occasionally an ad will display correctly, but it’s mostly 403s.

Plugins / theme are up to date. I tried both Chrome and Firefox.

I turned off the firewall, no change. I turned off the security plugin, no change. I turned off caching, no change. Ad spaces are large enough for ads and I don’t know of any conflicting ads.txt files. That’s the list the Jetpack support bot gave me to check. I’m stumped.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there, @billdauterive,

Thanks for reporting this. I did some checks, and I could see that the Ads feature had some troubles working on your site for a couple of hours, but the issue seems to have self-resolved now.

Can you clear your cache and see if the problem persists? If so, please ensure that your WordPress settings allow access to the ad spaces. You might also want to check with your hosting provider to see if there are any server-side restrictions causing this issue. Additionally, verify that your site is not blocking any ad networks used by WordAds.

If the issue still occurs, please reply to this thread, and we’ll keep investigating.

Look forward to your reply and thanks for sorting this out with us!

    Hi there, @billdauterive,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
