    I created a backup, i have a lot in uploads, I try to download or see log i get 403 forbidden error. please help

    i will try and download it manually not sure what format i need

    Hello @acteventsplanner

    Generally such issues may be related to symlinks which are regulated by server configurations. We attempt to create a symlink for the backup archive, but in case it fails you won’t be able to download your backup using BackupGuard interface (GUI).

    For resolving the issue, please make sure that your server configurations allow symlink creation. You can contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable that feature for you.
