• I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps. I’ve even deleted the plugin and reinstalled and it still gives this message. The file is public and viewable and is not prevented from being viewed. Checked with the hosting company and there is nothing on their end blocking it.

    The issue is that your host blocks direct access to PHP files. You can try and get around this by going to the settings page, and under the beta section, enable the alternative loadiing.

    I had tried enabling that before posting here. It is currently enabled and it does not show the PDFs.
