• Hi,

This plugin is great and I am at the final stages of implementation with broadbean. The system worked fine with the dev site and is working fine for me using postman in chrome from various IP addresses but when it is being tested via broadbean, they are getting “o 1452775688 10733 : 1452775688 : vds_module_http_send info HTTP raw response is HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
    Connection: close”

And all of the home page data in an XML format rather than the success response text intended. Have you any thoughts on this? I can appreciate it could be a firewall issue but just wondering if you have any ideas why it would do the above mentioned and throw them to the home page rather than just a simple error.

    Thanks in advance.

Are you posting to the correct address? Broadbean should post to the following URL (replacing domain.com with your sites address):

    domain.com/?wpbb=broadbean

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for getting back to me. Yep. I have tested the data they are using via postman with success overtime from multiple IP’s yet they seem to get a 403 error and get forwarded to the home url.

Therefore I would check with your host as to whether the IP address or something like that which Broadbean are using is getting blocked first of all.

Have you had success using Broadbean’s testing environment? That would perhaps come from the same place.

Thanks Mark. It just seems strange for the rest of the site to work except for that URL if the IP was blocked but this was my initial thought.

I used the test environment upon initial set up before they started their work but since then I haven’t been able to access it as beyond the initial set up I don’t think they like you to use it possibly.

I will investigate further but thank you for you quick response and good work on the plugin.

    Regards
