    Hello.

    I am not able to access my admin page for https://ncbwdallas.org/ to try and address the issue. I need to get access to my admin page to make updates to my website. Is there a support phone number that I can call?

    The homepage is accessible, but not /WP-Admin so it’s most likely file permission.

    It’s typically caused by two things:

    1.) .htaccess prohibiting access
    2.) the underlying filesystem isn’t allowing web server access to the files requested

    These things require more sophisticated tech proficiency.

    It’s best if you file a support ticket with your web host.
