    Could you please try two things:

    1. A complete uninstall and reinstall of the plugin. Deactivate the plugin and then delete it from the Plugins page. Then reinstall it.
    Check if it works.

    2. Could you check with your host if you have Mod Security enabled. I noticed a problem with this causing 403 errors on my VPS and they had to tweak a few settings (not sure which) to get this working.
