    Hi,

I’m trying to add a Hotjar JS to my header using HFCM.

Each time I try to save the snippet, I get the following error from Wordfence

    403 Forbidden
A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site.

How can I get around this?

    Thanks

    Phil

@philevans62 – This is a false positive caused by WordFence plugin. It flags any plugin that is adding code to the site. You can make WordFence understand forever not to block that specific activity by ticking the “false positive” link on the dialog box that shows this message. If none exists, simply turn off WordFence or switch the firewall to learning mode, and then add the code snippet.

    Thank you.
