    Hello,
I activated the Jetpack image optimization 2 days ago and I realized 10 hours ago that the images now have a 403 error message. As soon as I saw that, I unactivated the image optimization AND lazyload from jetpack but it didn’t solve the issue.

I have spent hours try to figure out a solution.
I have already deleted the .haccess, changed the theme to Twenty Twenty One and even removed all plugins.

I have changed the files and folder permissions to 644 and 755 respectively.

    Nothing seems to work.

    Can you please help?

    Hi @morena_loca

I took a look at the site and the images appear to be loading correctly now – did you get the issue sorted out?

If so, what was the solution?
