    Hi. I just installed Slideshow and tried to use it for the first time. I added three images to a new slideshow and published it. Then went to the link. I get a 404.

    The only other plugins I’m using are: Disqus Comment System, Hotfix, Pinterest Verify, and WP Super Cashe (which is off anyway).

    Why am I getting a 404? Is it because I’m using Word Press 3.7.1?

    Hi,

    When publishing a slideshow you receive a link indeed. However, a slideshow can’t be viewed from the link itself. The slideshow will always need to be included in a post or page, using the shortcode or the PHP snippet.

    Inserting the slideshow in a post or page is described in step four of the installation guide.
