hm, if your quote Title is 291 like in your url/link, this would be a link to a single page with one quote. But normally the link would rather look like eg.com/quote/my-nice-quote-title/
If your link is the right link, you can try to go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks and hit the Save Changes button on the bottom of the page. This will flush you server rewrite rules. Then the link should be available.
Though the single quote site will not be very helpful anyway.
Easy Quotes is designed to work specially with Block Themes and the Gutenberg Block Editor, but you are using the theme JobScout, which is working with elementor, i think.
Normally you would add an Easy Quotes Block to your site via the Gutenberg Editor, and there you can change all the settings. Like Random Quote, Daily Quote, List, Rotation… Typography…
