With this shortcode: [mobilize_america_events organization_id=”42967″ template=”card”] I’m getting this: Mobilize America API returned an error: 404

I have triple checked my org ID.

    Hello @bethogilvie

    There were 2 issues
    1) the quotes you posted into the support question were Word quotes which break things – I deleted them and the short code worked
    2) You didn’t have the timeslot_start which caused your Wednesday event to show the past event, I’ve pushed an update to have the timeslot default to “now” so it will show future events by default without having to include the variable

Thank you for letting me know about this.

    Thank you!

Hi! I’m getting the 404 error above and have done what I think is everything to fix it. I’ve checked the org, typed the code out in code editor, and am still dealing with the 404 issue. Any insight? This is just for our Mobilize dashboard, we aren’t including promoted events or anything wonky. Thank you! Apologies in advance!

@fofoperations – The last person who had this issue had an issue with the quotes on the shortcode – if you would like to post your website / shortcode or contact me directly I’ll be happy to take a look.

I actually just figured it out! I had an issue with the org ID and now it’s smooth sailing.
