404 error after upgrading

    I’ve posted it in the installation forum but got no response… I hope somebody will help me with this – please?

    I just upgraded, and I’m getting a 404 error where my entries are supposed to be:
    http://glosses.net
    Archives are not displaying either. My entries are all there, though – when I click “view” from the interface, I see the entries (i.e individual archives display).

    Go to Options/Permalinks and set your permalinks again.

    not good – I got a 500 internal server error. Purged my .htaccess and tried again – still getting a 404.
    Do I need to set my permalinks in a specific format?
