    Good morning,

There is a 404 issue being caused because your shortcode is not compatible to run with Elementor. After reaching out to Elementor, they mentioned that it seems more of a compatibility issue with Simple Pay which needs to be resolved on both ends since they can’t access your code to make it compatible with Elementor. Would you please fix the compatibility issue on your end and I will let them know what you said so they can proceed accordingly.

Right now, the buttons you see on that page are working, yes. But the real issue is showing up when I try to use a Dynamic Shortcode option that Elementor Pro offers, (which I have paid for) that is supposed to make the buttons look more native to the design. https://docs.elementor.com/article/449-dynamic-shortcode <– that is exactly what I am trying to do.

You also need to post this on their github for their developers: https://github.com/elementor/elementor

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @utterbluetech,

Our shortcodes are working fine on Elementor for many, many people.

The buttons appear to be working fine.

As for custom CSS changes, etc., I’m unable to provide support for that. There are just too many variables, etc.

    Regards,
