    Hi

I’m getting an error in my JS console about not being able to set the pixel image (404 error) when trying to access the URL /de/product/schlafen/schraenke/sonnenstrahlen-schrank-life/https%2525252525252525252525252525252525253A%2525252525252525252525252525252525252F%2525252525252525252525252525252525252Fmoderate4.cleantalk.org%2525252525252525252525252525252525252Fpixel%2525252525252525252525252525252525252Fd80aa5bb78a6fb149c35e75312b1b834.gif

Those are screenshots of the errors in the JS console:

Besides, I’m not able to reset the Cleantalk installation. I checked the option to completely remove Cleantalk in the settings, and I can verify by checking in the database, all tables and options are cleared but for some reason, after a new installation, all the previous settings are still there and Cleantalk tries to sync with the cloud. And the settings page of Cleantalk constantly reloads.

Any help on how to successfully reset Cleantalk would be appreciated as I think doing this the pixel will be loaded successfully again as I have to note, that the website was cloned from another domain. I already changed the domain in the Cleantalk Dashboard.

At the moment, Cleantalk is disabled as the performance impact is big (16 seconds or longer loading time).

Thank you and best regards, Stefan

    Hello @zahnd.

Please, install the fix-version of the plugin. This should help with the error:
Go to WordPress Administrator Panel → Plugins.
Find the “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” plugin → Deactivate, then Delete.
Download the plugin archive from here: https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip
Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.

If all plugin tables are deleted after Complete Deactivation, then the options should be set by default during the new installation. You also need to enter your Access Key. Is that the case with you? If so, that’s ok.

In addition, with a new installation, the plugin really syncs with the cloud and the settings page can be reloaded several times. Is the synchronization process running out, or is it going on endlessly?

    Hi @eugenecleantalk

Thank you for your fast reply and the fixed version. It’s working fine with that.

The issue was that all tough all the tables and options were removed, after installing the (not fixed version) of the plugin, I did not get the field to re-enter the access key.

For me, it seemed that the refresh of the page was on a loop and didn’t stop even after four times of reloading the page.

As I said, with the new version, everything works fine again.

    Thank you very much
