404 error for smart_meta_image.js

Got locked out of my site by WP Better Security. The 404 settings caused the issue but the real issue seems to be:

/wp-content/themes/smartadapt/includes/js/smart_meta_image.js?ver=3.8

Does not exist in the theme folder?

Did create a child theme because did not like the fact could not use post summary (baffles me why this would not be a standard feature). But seems the 404 issue was happening before creating child theme.

How can I fix this issue? Where is “smart_meta_image.js?ver=3.8” being called from and why?
