I have the installer and archive files FTP’d to my server. Everything is present and accounted for, but whenever I attempt to navigate to the mysite.com/installer.php file, I get a 404 Not Found error. Should I be aiming for a different URL (ftp://ftp.mysite…?) or is that correct? If so, what exactly might I be doing wrong?

The only two directories on the server right now are “logs” and “Duplicator” (which is the directory I created to put the installer and archive files in). Do I need to tinker around with that somehow?

    Thanks in advance…

Disregard! I am a moron; I had forgotten to put the Duplicator directory in my site’s directory, so it was sitting on the server on the same level, but outside my site!

No Problem… Thanks for the update!
