404 error on mobile devices

We have a website MichelleLyons.ca
Permalinks work fine on the full site, but when anyone tries to access a blog post via a link on a mobile device they get a 404 error.
Today Michelle made a blog post “The Full Stop” at http://michellelyons.ca/the-full-stop/ which works fine on the desktop site, but it appears that the mobile equivilent is http://mobile.michellelyons.ca/site/182fb97d-a31c-4b60-9724-a48b95f9ef74/default?url=http%3A%2F%2Fmichellelyons.ca%2Fthe-full-stop%2F#2719
So when the site tries to redirect a mobile device to http://mobile.michellelyons.ca/the-full-stop/ they get a 404 error.

Any idea what could cause this?
