Some (not all) of the forms on our website generate a 404 error when I use GravityExport Lite to export the entries. No matter what settings I change, it leads to the same error. I’ve had our developer take a look and he can’t seem to find the issue either.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @westmel,

    That’s not supposed to happen!

Is this something that has recently started, or are you just starting to use the plugin?

In the last case, it sounds like this might be a caching issue with a caching plugin. If you use any of these, please exclude the download URL from the to cache urls.

I hope this helps you out, please let me know.

    Kind regards,

    Doeke

    Hi Doeke,

No, we have been using this feature on the site for many years. We did a redesign last year and relaunched, but this site has been live since May 2025 and I haven’t seen this issue until just this past week. When I recreate the form exactly, the export works, but when I duplicate the form, it doesn’t. Unfortunately, we have registrations coming into the original form so I can’t just use the duplicate form.

    thanks,

    Melissa

Could you send us an export of the status page for Gravity Forms? It’s under Forms > System Status. There should be a copy button.

Please send that information to doeke[at]gravitykit.com. It will help me figure out what version of what plugin might be interfering.

    Kind regards,

    Doeke
