404 Error on taxonomy.xml

Hi,
Using plugin v1.3.1 and everything is working fine except a 404 error on http://www.mysite.com/taxonomy.xml

I see that http://www.mysite.com/sitemap.xml displays:
Location Last Modified
http://www.mysite.com/site.xml 2014-12-26 06:03
http://www.mysite.com/post.xml 2014-12-31 12:57
http://www.mysite.com/page.xml 2014-12-26 10:29
http://www.mysite.com/taxonomy.xml

Under “Enable following sitemaps” I have:
[Checked] Site Address.
[Unchecked] Taxonomy (including custom taxonomies).
[Unchecked] Date, Authors and External Pages

And For taxonomy-based sitemaps, disable following taxonomies:
[Unchecked] Categories, Tags and Slide Groups

I’ve flushed the permalinks and plugin cache.

Is it possible to remove the taxonomy.xml link from the Sitemap?

Just for kicks, I enabled the Taxonomy sitemap and options, flushed the plugin cache, permalinks and web browser cache. Still get the 404 error.
