    Hi,

Go in your Settings > Permalinks and simply click Save.
That will set up the Permalinks, maybe it wasn’t.

    Hi,

I am afraid it might be impossible to work with the Magento plugin, the permalinks heavily depends on the way the plugins handle them, my plugin just pick the taxonomies and propose it through those permalinks.

Do you get this with the Free version? I am asking that because the Free version doesn’t influence the URL rewriting so it should always work.

Did you go in your Permalinks and just click Saves? Does it work actually without the plugin enabled?
