404 Error when pressing “Contact Us” button

    Hi there!

    I just created a maintenance page. All is well except for the contact button. I entered
    globalgrowthministries.org/?page_id=121 as the link that should have connected the visitors to the “Contact Us” form. However, when clicking on the button, a 404 Error is returned. The Contact Us page is published, so I’m a bit confused.

    Kindly advise.

    Hello,

    Please set the permalinks to postname and see if it fixes the issue.

    You can log in to WordPress > Settings > Permalinks.
