404 error when submit form

    Hey everyone. I use Avada Form Builder plugin to create contact form, and add WP Mail SMTP for sending message from that to gmail. From last 2-3 days I have an issue.
    Problem: when I submit form, I’m redirecting to thx page, but I have 404 error from service worker.
    Place with error from request: offlinePostRequestHandler.
    Plugins are updated to last versions.

    I use gravity forms to create a application form I filled out the job application and I got a 404 error . How can I fix this?
