404 errors

    On this website and a few other we manage, we are having recurring issues where after making changes all of the internal pages are met with litespeed 404 error pages. The only resolution to this is resaving the permalinks. Is there a permanent fix to this? or something that could be wrong in the setup

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    I don’t see anything out of ordinay from our plugin

    have you checked the htaccess content ? like the wordpress rule is still there or not?

    this sounds like something messes up the permalink , and what you did just flush the permalink to bring it back on , I don’t know what caused it , but I think our plugin won’t do anything to permalink
