Hi, the screenshot link you shared above is showing many links. I assume these are the 404 error links you are talking about, is this correct?
Did you add a shortcode to these pages/posts? If you did, you need to remove the shortcode from these pages/posts. This is probably what is causing the error message.
Also make sure you clear your cache if you are running a cache plugin in your site.
Thank you
Thanks for your reply. I did not add any shortcode. Also, I’ve removed the plugin almost 6 months back and my cache plugin clears cache regularly.
Kindly suggest some other method.
Thanks
Hi,
Can you share one of the URL that shows up as a 404 error in your site? I am trying to verify if they are coming from our plugin or from a different PayPal plugin.
Thank you
Hi, I don’t think our plugin has anything to do with the links you shared above. These are coming from another plugin in your site.
The following URL address is from one of the links shared above. For starters the URL is wrong. It has a double forward slash //tag/, which is wrong.
https://www.homenaturalcures.com//tag/primrose-oil-uses/paypal.me/naturalcure
I edited the URL address above to something as follow. The following URL address has no PayPal button.
https://www.homenaturalcures.com/tag/primrose-oil-uses/
Please check and make sure you don’t have any other shopping cart plugin causing this issue in your site. All of those URLs are coming from somewhere and our plugin has nothing to do with those URLs.
Let me know if you need more help.
Thank you
Hi,
Thank you very much for your help. I found out the real culprit. As said by you the URL of Paypal is wrongly entered in the social link on top of the web page.
Thanks you for hinting me that the URL was wrong. Because of which I could resolve the issue.
Thank you once again.
