404 errors because of the plugin

Hi guys,

I search the forums but couldn’t find a proper response sorry. I love your plugin but I keep more and more URL errors/broken links/404 errors. It looks like this : http://www.mywebsite.com/comment-subscriptions/?srp=4865&srk=887c4d8471d02ff2d91d95f6f11ec65c&sra=s&srsrc=f

Doesn’t really good for Google. Do you know how can I solve the problem?
