yes , you can only , either use cache everything ON + guest mode OFF , or cache everything OFF + guest mode ON

Now. I have disabled Cache Everything and Enabled Guest Mode but I am getting reduced initial server response time in page speed insights. How can it be reduced?

you need to use crawler
if you disable plugin , you still see that error in dev tool ?
I think the error is not related to the Litespeed cache. I have enabled crawler but I still get the reduce initial server response time error.

you may need to tune a bit the crawler setting to make it more active crawling

the most important conf is the “crawler interval” , the default value is 3.5 days , maybe too long , you can reduce it to 12 or 24 hours , depends on your server resources
and also make sure you don’t see any error message says crawler is not enabled or such.
All of the urls are going into block list.

your server is running on Apache , the crawler won’t work there.
How can I eliminate these. After moving from Cloudflare to QUIC the eliminate render blocking resources have popped up in page speed insights. The page speed score has dropped from 97 to 89 or 91 (sometimes)? Why is it so? Additionally, Will the crawler work now?
