404 errors on the comment-subscriptions page

My site stopped working some time back it seems when users try to manage their subscriptions to existing followed posts.

I see there are other old posts about this but no clear fix other than an update to teh plugin, which in my case doesn’t seem to be relevant as I’m definitely running the current version of the plugin.
