404 for /tickets

    Hi Everyone,

    I installed Awesome Support and after a ticket is created or a ticket is attempted to be viewed on /ticket/[ticket title] a 404 page is returned.

    I have read many articles on support and the blogs about a simple solution through a Permalinks ‘Save’. However, this solution is not working for me.

    I would like to get this sorted ASAP so I can continue my WOO integration.

    Any suggestions?
